One book title, event or activity counts for one space. One completed form per person.
Track your answers by writing the book title or circle the event or activity in the corresponding space.
Submit your completed 2025 Summer Bookshelf Challenge entry by 9/1/25 to be eligible for prize drawings. We will notify winners by the contact information on their entry.
